The place isn’t clearly sign posted, we took the audio tour with option to play pétanque.

Firstly , we got there , seemed confusing as to where we go. We did the Audio tour, it was okay nothing special. Then we went for the wine tasting - the main part! We enjoyed tasting 5 wines - but we asked to sit down to relax and enjoy the wines - she said no the chairs were display. We were stood by the bar which is also a shop- people were there and very loud so it was hard to hear. It wasn’t much of an experience , I felt we were more of a burden. They have beautiful grounds it would be lovely to sit down and be served the drinks. Then when we were done we went to play pétanque but others were there , no one was there to meet us to give us the playing balls or anything, no bar for a nice wine or beverage while you play. We did buy some wine which was lovely but I’d say the experience was poor which was a real shame considering the beautiful grounds!

We chose the €30 audio tour with tastings of 3 wines at the end of the tour. The grounds and vineyards were wonderful to walk round. The tour took around 45 minutes. After the tasting we were then given each a 50cl bottle of Rose Wine accompanied by bread and tapenade. We were a party of 8 and we then had access to the pétanque square for as long as we wanted. Boules were provided. We had a very pleasant Sunday afternoon at this winery and I can recommend particularly if there is a party of you

Staff were lovely and provided a great experience for wine tasting.
We loved Pétanque and now know it is a big thing across the south of France!

J'ai offert cette activité à mon compagnon, avant de prendre le repas au restaurant du Clos des Roses. Un couple d'amis participait également à la prestation
La visite avec l'audio guide est rapide mais les explications claires. Cependant après la dégustation, l’organisation était loin d'être idéale. En effet 1 seule bouteille nous a été donnée or sur l'annonce de la prestation il est stipulé 2 bouteilles par groupe. Il a fallu réclamer une première fois. La personne ne nous a pas accompagné jusqu'au terrain de pétanque, il a fallu s'orienter par nous-même car le terrain n'est pas à côté.
Une fois arrivés sur le terrain, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans rien, même pas un ouvre-bouteille, seulement notre bouteille à la main.
Nous avons dû (encore) réclamer au restaurant les prestations énoncées : l'apéro, les verres et le tire-bouchon. La serveuse et la responsable du restaurant ont très bien gérées la suite et elles nous ont même proposées une autre bouteille de vin fraiche car la notre sortait d'un carton, le tire-bouchon et les verre.
Finalement l'apéro est enfin arrivé, avec des excuses de la personne de la dégustation, cependant pas conforme à la description de l'annonce : 2 pots de tapenades et des petites biscottes. Il était annoncé certes de la tapenade mais avec des gressins.
Prestation pouvant être sympathique, dommage qu'il ait fallu réclamer à plusieurs reprises. Il manque des explications et un accompagnement plus personnalisé, surtout au vu de la somme que nous avons payé (160 euros pour 4).

No personal touch…digital tour felt ‘tacky’ compared to other tours we have been on. No structure to the wine tasting - just ‘What do you want to try’…we paid extra for the pétanque experience - new to us. We were led to a patch of gravel - and the balls could not be found - they had 1. So we waited and they found some. We had to ask to be shown how to play…so effectively left to do our own thing. Found the experience very underwhelming and not worth €40. The vineyard is beautiful, but I would just turn up and ask to try the wine rather than pay for the experience. The experience did not match the vineyards reputation.

Es war alles prima, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Weingut sehr idyllisch und das Restaurant für danach eine absolute Empfehlung.
Eine Sache würde ich verbessern. Der Preis pro Person ist 40 €, dafür gibt es 2 Flaschen Roséwein. Wir haben für 6 Personen gebucht und entsprechend auch voll bezahlt. Insofern hätte es auch 6 Flaschen Wein geben müssen, was aber dann auch zu viel wäre und auch nicht automatisch angeboten wurde. Daher fände ich es sinnvoll bei einer solchen Personengruppe das Preisgefüge zu überarbeiten. Der Preis für Personen 3-6 oder mehr sollte dann entweder degressiv werden oder es gibt eben auch wirklich pro Person eine Flasche Wein, notfalls zum Mitnehmen.
